Refunds and cancellations

Return window: 7 days from delivery for eligible items in new, unused condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging.

Non-returnable items include customized/personalized pieces, engraved items, resized rings beyond standard ranges, final sale items, and pierced jewellery (if opened) for hygiene reasons.

Initiate returns via Email. We may provide a prepaid label or schedule pickup for insured transit.

Refund method: original payment method within 7 business days after quality inspection.
